During the aging period, Norvegia® Aged develops a flavor that is more pronounced than the well-known taste of the original Norvegia®. The flavor is best showcased when cut with a knife and paired with, for example, crackers or freshly baked bread, and delicious marmalade. Norvegia® Aged is also suitable as a flavor enhancer in both cold and hot dishes.
