Prepare to be delighted by this scrumptious toast! We were pleasantly taken aback by its flavor. Clear some space in your panini maker – the allure of melted Brunost is irresistible and it's not going anywhere!

To prepare this dish

  1. Coat the white bread slices with your choice of jam and layer on the Brunost.
  2. Heat a small amount of margarine in a skillet over medium flame and grill each toast until it's nicely browned and the cheese has turned gooey.
  3. Slice into halves and enjoy! Serves up to 10 portions.


You will need

  • 20 slices of white bread for toasting
  • Raspberry jam or other jams
  • 40 slices of Brunost of your choice
  • Butter or Margarin for frying
