Here we have introduced an organic pancake mix without using any wheat flour at all, but only with Norwegian ancient oats, Norwegian eggs, and Norwegian milk. This organic pancake mix only needs 7 dl of water to make 8-10 delicious pancakes, much healthier and more tasty (we think) than the usual alternatives.
