Den Sorte Havre is a collective of neighboring farmers in Østfold, Norway, who grow ancient black oats. This mix is a whole grain pancake blend made without any wheat flour — only Norwegian heirloom oats and Norwegian milk. This organic mix requires just 5 dl of water to make 8–10 delicious pancakes — much healthier and more flavorful (in our opinion) than the usual options!
