These oat cookies are made straight from the bag without rising – giving a quick and tasty result. Svarthavre (Black Oats) is the original Norwegian oat grain that we at Den Sorte Havre have reintroduced at Tveter Farm in Våler, Østfold. We grow the grain organically and without any pesticides. Joining us on this journey are now 20 farmers from the surrounding areas.
