Kransekakebakeren is a Norwegian producer of kransekaker (ring cakes), kransekake sticks, marzipan, and other baked goods. All production takes place at the factory in Askim.
The general manager, Arild Christoffersen, began experimenting with kransekake dough recipes at the kitchen counter when he was 16 years old. Today, more than 35 years later, he runs a company with over 25 full-time employees, focusing on sustainability and environmental care. Locally sourced ingredients have been a key factor in establishing production in Askim.
Kransekakebakeren received international certification in 2021.
The kransekake is baked with pride and is a true Norwegian craft made with natural and certified almonds. Genuine ingredients ensure excellent quality.
The cake can be frozen multiple times without losing quality.
