Røros Knekks are thin crackers baked on a griddle. They are made with "mash," dried malted barley grains from the beer brewing process at Røros Brewery. The crackers are crunchy but not too hard and make a perfect accompaniment for quality cheeses. The flavor is balanced and pairs well with most toppings.
