A new type of Gudbrandsdalsost inspired by Anne Hov's original recipe from 1863. The brown cheese is cooked in a traditional way in pots at the TINE Dairy Lom & Skjåk in Gudbrandsdalen. Cooking in pots results in a smoother and softer cheese. In line with the traditional recipe, the cheese is added extra cream and browned for increased caramelization - for the sake of flavor.
