Nidelven blue is a Norwegian-produced blue cheese from Inderøy, made from pasteurized cow's milk. Nidelven is a rich blue cheese with a beautifully marbled cheese mass that is perfect for a cheese platter, or as a dessert served with, for example, caramelized figs or fig marmalade. Try it also in cooking, for example in a sauce or for gratin. The cheese tastes best when tempered and accompanied by unsalted bread or crackers. The cheese was named the world's best cheese at the World Cheese Awards 2023 in Trondheim.
