Røros Crispbreads are oven-baked topping biscuits. They are made with "spent grain"; dried malted barley from the beer brewing at Røros Brewery. The biscuit is crunchy but not too hard and is a perfect accompaniment to fine cheeses. The taste is balanced and pairs perfectly with most toppings. Also great as is, or just with real Røros butter.
