During the aging period, Norvegia® Extra Well-Aged develops into an especially distinctive variant of the well-known flavor of Norvegia®. The flavor is best enjoyed when cut into generous slices and paired with, for example, honey and nuts, or with fine cured meats on a tapas platter. Norvegia® Extra Well-Aged also serves as a flavor enhancer in both cold and hot dishes.
