The Black Oat consists of neighboring farms in Østfold that organically grow black oats and are responsible for the production of this fantastic flour. Together with the very good artisan bakery, Samverket in Moss, The Black Oat has developed a no-knead bread with the black oat. The bread becomes very juicy and tasty and contains all the fantastic nutrients in wholemeal flour from black oats and contains only organic raw materials. The black oats are Norwegian-grown.
