Red Cow is a Norwegian-made semi-firm washed rind cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk, and the cheese matures for 3–5 months. The cheese can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. It is excellent for Raclette dinner/evening meal as Red Cow has exceptionally good melting properties.
