Our barley porridge is made with barley from Skjåk, milk, and a pinch of salt. The barley grains are ground at the local Ofossen Mill, and the porridge is developed in collaboration with Arne Brimi. Made with top-quality Norwegian ingredients, our porridge has been awarded the "Spesialitet" label. It can also be enjoyed cold; try mixing it with yogurt or cottage cheese for a lighter consistency.
