Vossakjøt Unsmoked Pinnekjøtt is a traditional Norwegian Christmas specialty made from selected lamb sides that are salted, dried and matured using traditional methods. It has a rich, authentic lamb flavor and is made without unnecessary additives.
Pinnekjøtt is traditionally soaked in water before cooking and then steamed until the meat becomes tender and easily separates from the bone.
