Berit Nordstrand Omega-3 capsules contain a blend of marine and vegetable oils. The product consists of cod liver oil from Norwegian Arctic cod (Gadus morhua) and purified MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) derived from coconut oil. The product provides omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA, DPA) and contains vitamins A and D. The capsules are made from fish gelatin.

Recommended daily dose: 1–2 capsules.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
